Beau DiCicco, MD

Beau DiCicco, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and the Chief Medical Officer for The Dermatology Specialists (TDS). He is actively involved in medical education, teaching residents at Mount Sinai and Metropolitan Hospitals, and serves as the Medical Director for TDS’ Skin Academy, where he mentors and trains Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners.

Dr. DiCicco attended the University of Texas at Austin for his bachelor’s degree, obtained his medical degree from the University of Texas at Houston Health Science Center, and undertook a traditional internal medicine internship at University Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. He trained in dermatology at New York Medical College at Metropolitan Hospital, completing his final year as Chief Resident. Dr. DiCicco has published and contributed to works in peer-reviewed dermatology journals, including The Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology and JAMA Dermatology.

Dr. DiCicco specializes in the management of medical and surgical dermatology concerns, including but not limited to eczema, acne, rosacea, hair loss, psoriasis, and skin cancer detection and management.

He is passionate about effective communication, clarity, and kindness in patient care and medical education.
