Priyanka Hawaldar is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology. Originally from North Carolina, she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Sciences at North Carolina State University. Prior to attending graduate school, Priyanka worked as a medical assistant for a well known dermatology group in Raleigh, NC. This is where she discovered her love for the field of dermatology. She then moved to Miami, FL where she obtained her Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Florida International University. She is an active member of the Society of Dermatology PAs and American Academy of PAs.
Priyanka prioritizes patient education and empowerment, ensuring that each individual understands their condition and treatment plan fully. She believes in fostering long-term relationships built on trust and communication, providing personalized care tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
In her free time, Priyanka enjoys staying active and spending time with friends and family. She loves exploring New York city; trying new cuisines and experiencing all the different cultures. Priyanka looks forward to starting her career with The Dermatology Specialists and is committed to helping patients achieve healthy, radiant skin and confidence in their appearance.
